White Tail Deer. You bring the camo and your weapon of choice, and Top Hand Ranch will do the rest. Travel in one of our all-terrain ranch vehicles with one of our expert hunting guides, who will accompany you on your whitetail deer hunt.
Whitetail deer are named for the white around their eyes, noses, undersides and tails, and are the most popular animal to hunt in the United States. Although we have hunts for any budget, Top Hand Ranch is particularly proud of its world class whitetail, starting at 215 pounds and exceeding 255 pounds. Whether you are a first-timer looking for that first buck or an expert hunter looking to fulfill a record-breaking personal best, if a whitetail deer is the trophy you’re after, Top Hand Ranch, with its plentiful herd, is the place for all your hunting action.
We have deer blinds that are well-maintained, clean and safe, and bow blinds available throughout the ranch. Or let us know if you prefer the spot and stalk or other hunting methods (link to exotics page).
The following supplies are recommended but not required:
Top Hand Ranch will field dress and cape your deer, as well as score it for you and provide cold storage for your meat coolers. We also handle all taxidermy logistics and can fully process your deer for an additional charge.
Here are a few other rules about the hunt.
Our whitetail deer hunts include accommodations in our new 10-bedroom, 6-bath lodge complete with game room, pool table, satellite TV, fireplaces, and outdoor patio. Meals are prepared by our staff, and coffee, tea, and soft drinks are provided throughout the stay. We handle transportation during the deer hunt and provide a professional hunting guide per hunter. Our guides field dress, skin and quarter game your deer and transport your trophies to a local taxidermist. Non-hunters and guests can accompany you on the hunt for a nominal additional fee, which includes all services except hunting.
